Why Did The Lawn Guide Blackout On April 6

The Lawn Guide blacked out on 6 April 2012 in protest against criminal elements operating within the Australian Turf Industry.

The following is the original notice of this blackout we provided to our readers.

Why Are We Doing This

The Australian Turf Industry currently has a small presence of criminality operating within the industry. A presence which can only be described as evil and emanating from only a single small source, but a source which is presently highly influential and highly funded.

I want to assure every reader that almost the entire Australian Turf Industry is highly respectable, operating their businesses with highly ethical, honest and sincere practices. And for the entire turf industry, they have our respect, always and without question. Overall, we can say the turf industry is decent and deserves the respect of Australian homeowners.

However, there now resides within this great industry, the presence of evil we mentioned earlier.

Now I am aware that the word "evil" is very strong, with very strong and very implicit meanings. but after what I have personally witnessed and been subjected to from these people. Evil is the only word which describes their behaviour, for I have never witnessed any person behave in the manner these men conduct their affairs and run their business.

Whats Going On

The protest is against the manner in which this single business operates their affairs within the turf industry, and how it affects not only many innocent victims,,, i.e people who get in their way and tell the truth about their grass, but also affects all the Mums and Dads of Australia who are being fed incorrect information about grasses so as to convince them to buy this company's brand of grass. With many of these homeowners buying the WRONG grass for them based on this false information.

Which may leave these men even richer, but leaves so many Mums and Dads frustrated and dissatisfied when they discover they may have bought a lawn which is totally unsuitable for their needs... which is very wrong.

For the people who get in their way, and this includes me because I speak the truth about their brand of grass, these men will stop at nothing, no matter how hideous or evil to silence our voices.

• I've been threatened.
• The safety of my 7 year old son was threatened.
• The safety of my ex-wife was threatened.
• They threatened to incite hated against me amongst their turf growers.
• They threatened these same turf growers would go to the home of my ex-wife - now full of their false hate that these men created - in what can only be assumed would be to create an act of hostility.
• They threatened to spread lies and hate about me personally on 200 websites.
• Threatened to spread lies and hate about me to members of the Australian turf industry.
• My ex-wife was specifically targeted twice, first with hate mail being sent to her home, and then with an unknown package being sent to her home in an attempt to intimidate and scare her.
• They have stalked me online for over a year.
• They have stalked all my family members online for over a year.
• They have been repeatedly trying to discover my home address.
• They have repeatedly asked me where I lived.
• I've been threatened to be sued.
• I've been told I am mentally ill.
• I've been repeatedly demanded that I tell lies about their grass on The Lawn Guide.
• I've been sent around 50 highly abusive emails over the course of a year.
• These men even admitted they were expecting me to "neck myself" as a direct result of their abuse, and then escalated the same abuse.
• They stole all work from The Lawn Guide and made a copycat website which almost exactly copies The Lawn Guide, to attempt to lower my visitor numbers so people wouldn't find out the truth abut their grass.
• They have used fake email addresses, fake names and fake IP addresses to send even more highly abusive emails using false identities.

All these things… all this evil… this is how they run their business.

All this evil in an attempt to create fear and terror in my family.

All these despicable acts to silence the truth about their grass.

They operate their business in a manner that no other business in Australia operates, with the only possible exception being the mafia.

So many evil acts to attempt to silence a single person who tells the truth about their grass, even repeatedly threatening the safety of a small child and my ex-wife.

But the saddest part of it all is this… I don't even say its a bad grass, I say its good, but I also reveal its weaknesses - based on extensive scientific research that they themselves co-sponsored. And that's something these men will do 'whatever it takes' to prevent Aussie Mums and Dads finding out about.

It Even Goes Into TAFE

Yeah... this even goes into our wonderful insitution of TAFE.

These men also asked one of their former company colleagues and personal friend who is now a staff member at Challenger TAFE in Murdoch, Western Australia, to access and release my personal information from within the TAFE student database - which is a government database - which makes this a very serious crime. This TAFE staff member complied, stole the requested information and these men then used this stolen Government information to threaten, harass and abuse myself, and my family members.

We know this because the TAFE staff member was twice betrayed and revealed by the very men - his personal friends - of the criminal activity he had undertaken on their behalf. We know his name, we know who he is, we know who he has association with. (so much for honour amongst thieves...)

Therefore we must also strongly recommend that any person considering registration for turf related courses at this same institution to reconsider this decision and avoid any such courses on offer while this man is still in employment there. Because by doing so, the very safety of your family could be compromised and directly threatened.

Conclusion

As you can see, this evil we speak of here is MASSIVE.

It cannot be ignored, it must be brought to light.

And that's why we are blacking out this year and every following year, in PROTEST against this criminal presence, and this presence of evil within this otherwise great industry.

APRIL 6 IS THE DAY THESE MEN THREATENED MY FAMILY IN 2011

Threats designed only to gain a competitive advantage over their competition, by terrorising me and my family, including a 7 year old little boy, and my ex-wife at her home.

And each year on April 6, we will remember this horrendous act, and all the evil that followed and blackout The Lawn Guide, and our related sites, to bring to light what these men are, and what they do to innocent people in their never ending quest towards more riches.
